Shipping policy

If we have stock of the jewellery piece you ordered, we will send it to you within 2-3 business days. If we have run out of stock or the listing indicates that there is no stock, your item will be hand-made and ready within 14 business days. Thereafter, we will send it to you. We will keep you updated as to when your jewellery piece will be shipped to you.

Rings are made according to the ring size that you provide. Please allow for the 14 days production time before expecting it to be shipped to you.  

If you are in South Africa, your jewellery will be sent to you with a courier or Postnet to Postnet, whichever you prefer.

If you are outside of South Africa, your jewellery will be sent with South African registered airmail. We will send your tracking number to you once sent. Please note that it normally takes between 14-21 business days for parcels to arrive to most places outside of South Africa. Please be patient.
