Pear Lab-Diamond & Moissanite Engagement Ring in 9k Gold
Description
Pure. Refined. Radiant. A ring born from pressing.
This ring is a handcrafted bridal piece that carries both extraordinary beauty and profound meaning. It began as a custom commission, a renewed covenant between a husband and wife, and a reminder of the oil press of Yahweh producing pure oil, and new life hope and joy springs forth. It is stunning as a faith piece, but also as a profound and elegant engagement ring.
The Stones
At the centre sits a 1ct pear-shaped lab-grown diamond graded D colour and VS1 clarity, among the finest grades achievable. D colour is the highest classification on the GIA scale, meaning the stone is completely colourless and icy-white. VS1 clarity means it is virtually flawless to the naked eye. The result is a centre stone of exceptional brilliance and fire.
Flanking the diamond, marquise-cut teal moissanites fan outward like unfurling leaves evoking growth, life, and hope springing forth. Moissanite is one of the hardest gemstones on earth (9.25 Mohs), making it as durable as it is beautiful.
The Setting
Set in warm 9k yellow gold, the contrast between the cool white diamond and the deep verdant moissanites creates a piece that is utterly distinctive.
The Meaning
This ring was designed for a woman of faith who walked through her own season of pressing, and came out refined. the pear shaped stone is a reminder of pure oil that comes from the oil press.
The teal moissanite leaves are intentional: they speak of growth rising from hard ground, joy returning after sorrow, and the flourishing that follows faithfulness. Wearing this ring is a daily reminder that the press produces the pure.
Whether you share this story or simply love the design, this ring carries something worth wearing.

Why Lab-Grown?
Lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, certified and graded to exactly the same standards. This D VS1 stone sits at the pinnacle of the quality scale. Choosing lab-grown means no compromise on beauty, with a traceable, ethical origin and a significantly reduced environmental footprint. It however does not have a resale value as natural diamonds do, so this ring is made to be worn and passed on from generation to generation.
Every Gethsemane Ring is made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production. Custom sizing and metal options available — contact us to enquire.
