This is a sterling silver faith inspired aleph tav pendant. It is the first and last letters of the Hebrew alphabet, the Aleph and the Tav. Rev 22:13 “I am the ’Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.
